    On landscape mode, there should be an option (on or off switch) to hide the drawer menu on landscape.. see screenshot

    Let me begin by saying that I've been using Solid explorer since the original beta. I'm also a huge fan of material design. A few months ago when the first file manager came out with material design, I installed it right away. It looked good, great even, but half a minute in, while trying to do some basic copy paste type operation, it hit me just how poorly it functioned as a file manager. It was clunky and unintuitive.   5. Extract contents of multiple zips together.

    When I select multiple zips and tap "extract", it extracts only one zip and not all. Ideally, it should extract the contents of all zips that are selected.

  6. Easier Read/Write Mount UI

    So in the previous SE app, you could easily mount a partition as R/W using the Quick Config option. In SE 2.0, you have to mess with permission attributes and know which ones you need to check/uncheck to mount as R/W. I'd like a suggest a UI similar to the one in the previous SE to make it easier.   7. Auto play next video when streaming

    A feature request: when streaming video files from a shared folder(via smb or ftp) on SE2.0, could the file explorer auto play the next video file in the shared folder after the current video finishes?

  8. Hope the "recent files" section can actually detect all recently added file.

    Hope the "recent files" section can actually detect all recently added file. it would be more easier for me!
    Right now i feel like it quite random. Would love to be able to quickly access those recent PDF or picture without searching folder to folder

    Currently line wrapping is forced enabled. It should be optional (via the editor's menu).

  11. Show number of items in folders for all connection typesconnections

    It would be great if you could show the number of items in folders for LAN/SMB and Cloud storage. It's possible because File Manager + does it and it's the main reason I still use that also.

  12. Add Dual pane toggle to panel header

    The horizontal dual pane toggle is currently located in Settings. Recommend moving the toggle to the panel header next to the Search icon. This will allow users to access dual pane while performing complex file operations requiring two panes for file compare then single pane for specific file ops demanding a full screen view. Currently, the user has to open Settings, find the dual pane mode setting, toggle it and return to file operations. Too complex for quick access.

  14. Custom colors for different file types.

    It would help greatly to focus only to the file type I'm looking for in a folder rather than trying to read the extension type at the end of the file name. For exampler I have .3dm .STL & .jpeg version of each file, color coding will reduce my effort by ⅓

    Hello,

    the look or interface of Solid Explorer 2.0> should be reviewed a bit, it's a very boring look now and so much 2015-2016. I send with some suggestions on features regarding the appearance that you can keep in mind when interfacing.

  17. Details Should be corrected

    When I view the parent folder it details as files for folder inside it and numbers the files and folders as a whole. This is confusing and incorrect. Details should be this much folder and files, isn't it?

  20. How about giving a "Move to" option along with the cut and copy?

    The cut function removes attributes such as the original creation date. This is not really helpful for things such as photos that someone could have taken months back and would like to know the exact dates of creation after moving it to a different location. It's a very minor annoyance and I'll be extremely delighted if the developers give me this option.
