    Hi,

    This is a really common point of confusion. The direct answer is: you can't import an NSF file directly into Outlook. Outlook has no idea how to read the Lotus Notes format.

    Think of it like trying to play a Blu-ray disc in a DVD player – they're just not compatible.

    So, the process is always two steps:

    CONVERT the NSF file into a PST file.

    IMPORT that new PST file into Outlook.

    Step 2 is easy – in Outlook, you just go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export and select the PST file.

    Step 1 is the crucial part. For this, you need a converter. I’ve used the eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter software for this many times. It does a fantastic job of creating a healthy, error-free PST file from your NSF. It handles attachments, embedded images, and all the little details that manual methods miss.

    Once the tool gives you the PST file, importing it into Outlook is a breeze. Don't waste your time trying to find a direct import trick, it'll just lead to frustration. Convert first, then import.
