Cut and paste

Cut and paste in SD card is actually doing copy and delete. It's not a real cut and paste. It's really waster time when I want move a big file to another folder. Compare to file commander.

    Most of the file explorers do real cut and paste, like ES File Explorer. In Solid Explorer the process is really slow and battery eater.

    Also the date of pasted file is new but not the original date, we really need a REAL quick move function that only rewrite the FAT table just like others.
