A refresh list option in the menu would definitely make navigation smoother, especially when files change often in folders. Quick access to updated information saves time and avoids reopening directories repeatedly. The same idea applies to websites that update content frequently. For example, when I’m checking fast-food prices, I sometimes use https://jackintheboxmenu.net/ because it keeps the latest menu updates in one place, which makes finding current items and deals much easier without digging around.

Refresh request items should all be consolidated as they are dealing with the same issue regardless of whether it's an automatic refresh, the request for a header icon or an option on the menu. Thank you.

Auto-refresh after any file action (copy, move, rename, delete) should be a standard feature. As a stopgap, a refresh icon on top bar. The refresh currently ​implemented requires user to scroll to the top of the file list then pull down to refresh or, even more cumbersome, click to change focus then click back. But where to click is a mystery. Simple auto-refresh or icon is what we need.
