Clear cache on exiting app
It used to be there in the old app if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, couldn't find that option with the new one, which only offers a manual "clear cache" button, that too is not very conveniently placed (it's in the overflow menu of the options/settings page). I think cache management should be more transparent than that.
Btw love the new app, great going, would have definitely bought it again (probably should buy some add ons even if I won't use them).

It is difficult to comprehend why such an ancient request has not yet been fulfilled. Particularly for those with private photographs who do not intend for them to be preserved in a photo cache, this can be a very serious security issue. I make every effort to prevent data pertaining to those accounts from being left unattended, as it is in this case, because my photographs are related to business data for clients who have non-disclosure agreements.

Clear cache is really needed. ZIP with encryption - temporary sensitive files left as-is in the SE's cache. Huge security risk.

This is a very old request and it's difficult to understand why it has not been implemented. This can be a very significant security risk particularly for those individuals who have confidential images and are not expecting them to be saved in a photo cache. My images relate to business data for clients that have a non-disclosure agreement and I make every attempt to ensure that data concerning those accounts is not left unattended as it is in this case. Is possible to clear the cache manually but that is a inconvenient way of managing security.

/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/pl.solidexplorer2/cache
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/pl.solidexplorer2/cache/temp
These two should be able to be cleaned automatically on on app exit, as especially in /temp there are files from smb:// networks that perhaps shouldn't be there longer then the session.
