Okay, so you can search for apk-s, or view installed ones from the navigation drawer(side bar) but there isn't really an option to view locally stored installer files. There could be a 3rd folder along with Syetem apps and User apps in the Applications section where you could find your local apk-s, or even other apk-s from connected cloud services (if it didn't take much longer to find them too). Apk-s found in the cloud could also have a little corresponding icon of the service.
