So in the previous SE app, you could easily mount a partition as R/W using the Quick Config option. In SE 2.0, you have to mess with permission attributes and know which ones you need to check/uncheck to mount as R/W. I'd like a suggest a UI similar to the one in the previous SE to make it easier.
