Android TV support

It would be really great
With this it might become the first File manager to properly support Leanback Launcher
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.touchscreen" android:required="false" />
<uses-feature android:name="android.software.leanback" android:required="false" />

    The app is already compatible... I just installed it on my Nvidia Shield. What I am missing is the "Classic Unlocker". I cannot find it on the store, the gorgeos Solid Explorer on my TV will stop working after the trial ends in 14 days, unless the unlocker is installed or there is another way of confirming purchasing this app before on the phone. Keep up the good work!

    Android TV is the future! Cable is dead. People are using an Android device to "watch TV", control thermostat, door locks, security cameras, all right there on Android TV, but we don't have a decent file explorer? This should be a no brainier!

    Any news on this? I'd pay a premium if needed. As others pointed out, there's currently no option (so, no competition) on this arena.

    I will be very happy too see this happen, I already installed solid Explorer too see if it is functional, but no, it opens but doesn't work very well (obviously), so this should be considered

    Please make this happen. Everybody has to deal with ES Explorer, that horrible, horrible POS.

    This might be worth the dev time just because there is very little competition and a lot of people are looking to ditch the only alternative, ES File Explorer.

    Hi,
    The unnecessary features of ES file explorer are really problematic on Android TV. Unfortunately, there is no other alternative. Solid explorer seems a good one but no android TV support is a problem.

    Would love to see Solid Explorer on Android TV. It would seal the deal on me buying it.

    I've just picked up a nvidia shield TV box too and the first thing I tried was sideloading solid explorer - not really usable with the remote unfortunately... Would like to see Android TV support too - possibly as a paid add-on if it helps?

    I would love to use this on my Nvidia Shield TV. The only file manager is ES. And Solid Explorer is so much better.
