Is it possible to read OST data when the Exchange server is down?
Our company Exchange server went down unexpectedly, and since then, my OST file has become inaccessible. Outlook keeps showing connection errors and refuses to load my mailbox. I still need access to old emails for work and documentation purposes. I want a way to extract or access the OST data so that I can read emails offline without depending on the server connection or Outlook installation.
