Is it possible to read OST data when the Exchange server is down?
Our company Exchange server went down unexpectedly, and since then, my OST file has become inaccessible. Outlook keeps showing connection errors and refuses to load my mailbox. I still need access to old emails for work and documentation purposes. I want a way to extract or access the OST data so that I can read emails offline without depending on the server connection or Outlook installation.

Read OST data even when the Exchange server is down with Recoveryfix OST to PST Converter Tool. This OST to PST Converter tool helps you access, preview, and convert OST files into PST without requiring an active server connection. It ensures complete mailbox recovery, including emails, contacts, calendars, and attachments, while maintaining original data integrity.

Whenever Exchange Server is down for any reason, you can't read the OST file data. In this case, you can also not take help of the manual method because the manual method depends on Outlook and Exchange Server for work. In that, you have only 1 option to read OST file data by converting OST files into PDF format. You can take the help of WholeClear OST to PDF Converter to convert Outlook OST to PDF format without any data loss. It also allows a preview of the mailbox before the conversion process. It comes with a demo version and is compatible with all versions of Windows and MS Outlook.
