My small suggestion is to add a tagging or custom-label option (not only folder name). It will help to tag documents with labels like “bid-docs”, “takeoff”, “reference”, or “final-pdf,” so later I can find relevant files faster. Also a stronger built-in search system, especially one that can search inside zip/archives, would make project management much easier for users like me.
