Unable to Reduce PST File Size in Outlook: Please Help

I am facing an issue with my Outlook PST file. I have tried to reduce its size by deleting unnecessary emails and emptying the “Deleted Items” folder, but the PST file size remains almost the same. I also tried compacting the file from Outlook settings, but it does not seem to make much difference. Can anyone suggest an effective way to reduce the PST file size without losing any important data?
