If you only want to transfer contacts, you can extract them directly using a dedicated converter. Manually exporting from Lotus Notes is a bit tricky and time-consuming.

I’d recommend trying the eSoftTools NSF Converter Software. It has options to export Lotus Notes contacts into vCard (.vcf) and CSV formats. After conversion, you can easily import those contacts into Outlook, Google Contacts, or even Apple Contacts.

I tried it myself to move my Notes contacts to Outlook and it worked flawlessly.
