How to Recover Outlook OST Data When the File Becomes Inaccessible?

After a system restart, my OST file has become completely inaccessible — Outlook can’t read it anymore. It’s showing an error saying “cannot open your default email folders.” I think the OST file is damaged, but I don’t have a recent backup. Can anyone suggest a safe method to recover data from an inaccessible OST file? I want to restore all emails, contacts, and calendars without damaging the file structure.
