To utilize MSG files in Outlook, one option available would be to utilize a third-party tool called GainTools MSG Converter. This system will allow you to maintain all of the data associated with each email that you submit while also having the ability to easily submit all of your messages.
Here are some directions to go about doing this:
1. Install & Launch the tool.
2. Add Your MSG Files
3. Select PST as Your Export Format > Click Convert
4. Access Outlook (Microsoft Outlook > File > Import/Export)
5. Import Your Newly Created PST
