This often happens with users if they don't utilize the right solution. Using wrong solution not damages formatting, data can also be lost or corrupt. So i would like to recommend utilizing the Softaken Lotus Notes to Outlook Converter software. It can easily migrates NSF data to other formats like PST, MSG, EML, MBOX, EMLX, TGZ, etc. without damaging a single data or file formatting. With its smooth interface make the conversion process so simple and flawless, so that any user can navigate the applictaion. There is a free demo version available to try its advanced features.
