Parvatasana Procedure for Beginners
Parvatasana, also known as the Mountain Pose, is a fundamental yoga posture that promotes strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. To perform the Parvatasana procedure, begin by sitting in a comfortable cross-legged position. Inhale deeply, raise both arms above the head, and join the palms together in a namaste position. Stretch your spine upward as much as possible while keeping your shoulders relaxed. Hold the pose for a few breaths, then exhale and return to the starting position. Practicing this posture regularly improves posture, tones the arms, and calms the mind.
