How Can I Upgrade an ANSI PST File to Unicode Format?

I have an old PST file from Outlook 2002, and it seems to be in ANSI format with a 2GB size limit. Now I want to use it in Outlook 2016, but I heard I need to upgrade it to Unicode format first. Can someone guide me on how to safely upgrade this PST without losing emails?

    If you manage Outlook data files, specifically because ANSI PST are restricted to 2GB and Unicode PSTs allow up to 50GB or more, upgrading an ANSI PST file to a Unicode format is essential.
