You can do a Gmail to IMAP migration manually, or through a third-party service. In the manual process, you would enable IMAP access through your Gmail settings, and then add your Gmail account to your IMAP supported email client (like Outlook or Thunderbird). After it is set up, your emails will automatically sync with the IMAP server.
