Although it is absolutely feasible to convert a VCF file to an NSF format, since they are two quite different kinds of files you will need some assistance from an application. While Lotus Notes mostly uses NSF for emails, contacts, and more, VCF retains contact information. It is possible to convert a VCF file to NSF file, but you are not advised to do it manually without the right tool. Since these are completely different formats, you’ll need a special converter to move your contact data from VCF to NSF properly. I had the same problem when I tried to add my contacts to Lotus Notes. I tried a few different tools and finally ended up with the Softaken VCF to NSF Converter.
