How to Migrate Zimbra TGZ files to Outlook 365?

I had a similar problem before when I had to migrate a lot of Zimbra mailbox data to my Outlook 365 account. At first, I looked for manual methods, but most of them needed a lot of steps and other tool. It took too long and was hard to understand. I just put the TGZ files into the application, typed up my Outlook 365 account login information, and started the import.
