First, unzip the Zimbra .tgz backup file. Then, you can import Zimbra contacts into Outlook. There is a folder called "Contacts" inside it that normally has a contacts.vcf file in it. Manual method to export Zimbra contacts to Outlook
Open Zimbra and go to Preferences tab.
Click Import/Export option and select contacts.
Select Account contacts and choose the contacts.
Click on Export button.
Save the contacts as CSV file.
Now, open MS Outlook and hit File menu.Admin
