I can only access the software while Online
If I open the software while offline I am told that my free trial has expired. I can only use my paid for version if I turn on my WiFi. Do I need to enter a redemption code so I can work offline?

If you can only access the software while online, it likely operates as a web-based or cloud-based application. Instead of requiring users to install anything locally on their devices, these software solutions operate entirely on servers connected to the internet, making them accessible through web browsers. Examples include Google Docs, Salesforce CRM, and Slack. This method has the benefit of being accessible from any device with an internet connection, but it might need to be used with constant internet access.

This is a fatal flaw in Solid Explorer. I'll be advising people to stay away unless it's fixed.

I have the same issue. I bought this so my son could get to shows and movies while driving in the car or on an airplane. No matter what I try after about 5 hours of airplane mode it stops working and says my trial is over. I loved es file explorer but they removed the ability to pick default apps for file types. This is my main use case so would like money back if this isn't fixed. Emailed devs 3 times.
