Currently if I want to select multiple files, have to click one by one or select all. Is it possible to drag down to select multiple files just like Quickpic?

In addition, I read there were some people suggest the batch rename before and I did see such function; however, the date is listed like June 1 2018. Is it possible to let user define how to show the date format from EXIF?
for example: #Y-#M-#D#H-#M-S = 2018-06-0412:44:00

Since Quickpic now doesn't modify the software for Android 8.0, I would like to see if SE2.0 can replace Quickpic for mandatory SW in my phones.
