Reset SE Editor as default app for HTML files

I accidentally hit "always" when opening a HTML file with the integrated SE Editor. Now that SE Editor is not listed under Setrings -> Apps I cannot reset its default setting.

How do I reset the default app for HTML files?

    I have the same problem. Using premium app. How do I turn this off, it's trying to open my EPUBs but failing since they're too big for the editor. I've cleared all default settings but it still happens.
