I've 3 google accounts. I selected my primary account in Google Play. When I start SE and try to unlock it, it tries to accomplish the payment with one of my *other* accounts.
The ugly workaround of clearing the Play cache and data doesn't work. Furthermore this is an insane 'solution', because the developer hasn't designed a proper licensing method I should clear Play and thereby loosing my Play store settings? That is insane.
I do not know of any other app that I bought that has such a crappy licensing method. Please switch to a mechanism so I can buy a full version or an unlock key in the store, like most apps do.

I just got a mail from Krzysztof Glodowski in response to my feedback. When I tried again it worked now on the second device. He also gave me this hint:
If the license check fails, try clearing Play Store app data and cache. You can also try clearing Solid Explorer's cache just to be sure.
By the way in the FAQs it says:
3. DO I NEED TO PURCHASE SEPARATE LICENSE FOR EACH OF MY DEVICES?
No, once you purchase the app, you can use it for unlimited time on all your
devices as long as you're using the same gmail account. -

Same problem here. Can't even buy the app on second device because Google Play says that I have already bought it ... what to do?

I upgraded to PRO within the app, and I also can't unlock the full version on a second device ...
What is going on? Why are you forcing your users to buy your app TWICE!
How do I fix it?

I solved this disturbing problem by giving back the Solid Explorer 2.0 license (Google support). Afterwards I bought the Solid Explorer Classic license, which is working fine with SE 2.0 ("LEGACY LICENSE") on every device, because it's not bound to the device ID.

Same here: neither I can see the software in my "Family library", nor even unlock on my 2nd device. Please advise what to do, otherwise will have apply to Google for redeeming the cost.

I've the same problem. I can't even buy it again on the other device since it's using the same Google account. Is there a way around this? I don't want to go back to use ES man... that thing sucks
