Why doed this app require permission to make and manage phone calls?

I love the fact the company has conveniently ignored your comment for over a year. It's BS that a file app needs permission to make and manage phone calls. There's no legitimate reason under the sun to request those permissions. Until that requirement is removed I will NOT be using this app.
