Batch Renaming - Possible to start the digits (#) not at zero?
I often rename a group of pictures and I want to start the numbering at 1. Is there a way to do it without regex?

Plus ability to choose any number for the starting number.

This! But not just starting at 1. I have collections that I often rename before archiving. My archives are sequential so my renames always start way above 0. For example, the starting sequence in my next batch of photos might be 3755. It would be very nice to be able to start at any given number, padding the digit pattern with zeros if necessary. Another example, ##### starting at 350 would be 00350, etc. I used this feature in ESFE almost daily! It's the only reason I still have ESFE installed.
