LAN Connection failed

LAN Connection always fail while trying to connect. But it is working with other file browsers like EsExplorer. Sent this problem along with the log and got reply that it is because of authentication problem. But it is not, because with the same credential i can able to login from my laptop and with EsExplorer. Because of this problem I have to use other file browsers in my phone. Please solve this problem as early as possible. Thank you.

    I was able to connect to my LAN during the trial period. The trial expired so I purchased the full version and now I can get any LAN connection to work, even though it works fine with other file explorers. I've requested a refund.

    I'm also getting "authentication error" although at one time it used to work fine! ?

    Same for me regret purchasing this product , works perfectly with ES explorer , Fx browser , total commander ...etc
