Wifi Direct is the one thing I miss with solid explorer!
File transfer in LAN is not really an alternative because if you are in the same LAN and you can see each other (not always the case) you can already use FTP with the FTP server plugin.

Seems like a reasonable request with over 400 supporters. Not quite sure why were into the third year without a resolution. Perhaps this could be an add-on if necessary to compensate the developer? The new Google Files Go handles this problem but again it requires going to another file manager.

For the moment i use totalcmd tranfer.it works on any platform (windows,android etc) and it doesnt need any app installed on other device

Please add nfc file transfer capability

Should allow for NFC android Beam feature too please.

If this is implemented, screw ES! ES imho has a competitive edge only because of this, else i would have purchased SE without hesitation!

Specially if it works like Zapya via wifi direct.
It will be a perfect app.
