  1. OpenSSH private key failing

    I recently installed Solid Explorer on a new phone, moved my SSH key over (2048-bit RSA) and it won't connect to my desktop, when the last phone I had (using the exact same key) could connect using Solid Explorer.

    Has something changed in the supported algorithms? This is one of my favorite apps and I'd like for things to work correctly.

    For the record, the key was generated using OpenSSH and the desktop in question is running Gentoo Linux. I am able to login using username and password, but that is less secure. No changes happened on the server side…

  2. Want refund

    I purchased your pro version ., OTG, and mega plug ins and would like a refund. There were more ad ons than I thought there would be. It was just not that useful to me. I emailed you from firetlg@aol.com 09/02/18 about this.

  4. Network devices not visible

    I've used Solid on and off for a long time but with the current UI I can no longer find any network devices. Both the panes open internal memory and that is the only choice in settings.
    What am I doing wrong?

  6. Ditch the left panel or provide alternative option.

    Can you please update the app to show storages and bookmarks in a sectioned way on a panel directly after the launch of app instead of left panel for a faster access of those destination. The left panel requires swiping left and right frequently. I have attached a screenshot of 'FX' file manager which does the same.

  8. Dropbox folder stopped working

    Today the app doesn't allow me copying files from my phone to Dropbox folder. It worked perfectly ok until now. It may be related to some new conditions Dropbox started on 7th November, as reducing the file systems compatibility. Please, try to solve that issue.

  10. Creating New File or Folder - Pre assigned or last used names

    I have just thought of this idea after using my favourite Windows OS file manager (XYplorer)

    It would be great if SE 2.0 had the option in the settings to specify a pre-assigned file/folder name for when creating a new file/folder through the FAB icon.

    It could be pre-assigned name and also it could be an option to use the last used created name.

    Also an option for a naming pattern upon when creating sequential new files/folders

    Good idea huh!

  14. Errors restoring backup file .seb

    I receive multiple errors when restoring a backup. I have tried changing my master password figuring that was the issue but that did not work. I attached some screens of the error dialogs.

  15. Can someone please explain what "Remember last folder" does?

    I thought it meant that if I switched between the Internal Memory and SD card folder, it would remember the last folder I was in. Instead, every time I switch, the focus goes back to the base folder.

  17. SMB Name Resolution only appears to work on Initial creation of Storage Location.

    SMB appears to cache the IP address for the host name and does not attempt to resolve (even via NETBIOS) when moving to a different network. I work from two separate locations, and have to delete/recreate my SMB storage location when I move from one to the other. Once created, it works fine, but the host name stays the same (my laptop, which travels with me) as I move from one location to the other.

  19. Sending files whose names contain ":" or "?" to Windows could lead to corrupted file

    What I did:
    made file and named it something with ":" character, say, "foobar: coolvideo.mp4".
    sent it to Windows machine (Samba) via wi-fi.
    then the file name would become "foobar" and its size will be zero.

    You would better to throw exception on illegal file names.

  20. Cannot connect with local SMB PC with error 0xC000009A

    After successfully connecting to my laptop via my local wireless LAN and accessing files without issue, I tried to copy a backup to that same laptop. The transfer failed with error 0xC000009A. Now I cannot connect at all (same error). Nor can I recreate as a new cloud connection.
