  1. Tap + Hold gesture on files and folders (it's return)

    Please bring back the Tap+Hold gesture that is missed from classic SE 1.xx

    In SE 2.0, tap+hold on a file/folder would simply open up the overflow menu to present the exact same editing options.

    This is very much the same as pressing the physical MENU button on a Samsung device running SE 2.0 which would open the same overflow menu (3 dots)

  2. where am i thingy and notification bar

    please add an option to remove the navigation bar thingy giving me information of my history and current position and if you can please try to make the status bar more materialistic

    Make a grid of images opening in hierarchical timing.

  4. Hybrid Views Don't Work as Expected on Small Screens

    Not sure if intended behavior, but the hybrid views don't work on small screens, as the equivalent views did on 1.0. More accurately reproducing the behavior of 1.0 in the two column views would be useful.

  5. full screen on landscape

    On my 4.5 inch screen solid explorer is usable well in twopaned mode in landscape orientation.
    It would be better if it automatically switches to full screen mode then, what about that idea?

    When holding down the location, the full path in text should display and editable.

    Have Solid Explorer add/remove and display the workspace to enhance productivity to file management.

  9. switching view modes gives strange loop/blinking of video thumbnails

    When i switch between view modes there is strange loop/blinking of video files thumbnails. It looks like playing single frames from movie with some time interval. It stops after few loops.

  10. Support "overwrite if different" feature when moving/copying files

    SE should be able to "overwrite if different" when moving/copying files - this would be very useful in a scenario like where I am syncing my Titanium Backup files to the cloud so that, instead of uploading entire 3GB of data again, it uploads only files modified since last backup/sync (order of few MB).

  12. Minor bugs related to rename

    1) .pdf gives the Adobe icon, .PDF does not
    2) unable to change capitals

    I know, minor bugs, but nice if they can be solved

  14. When dragging a file, hold over the nav bar to go up a level.

    I commonly need to take a file up one level (i.e out of a folder to the containing one.) Coping and pasting it is okay, but just being able to drag it to the top of the screen and go to the containing folder would be super quick.

  15. move to instead of cut and paste

    When moving a file larger than remaining free space, old solid explorer moved fine, whereas 2.0 appears to attempt to copy before deleting at all, giving an error regarding space remaining.

  18. Editing Cloud connections doesn't work

    Updating cloud connections doesn't work.
    Steps:
    1 create a valid dropbox or Google Drive connections.
    2 go to connection manager
    3 choose a overflow button and choose edit
    4 press next, press connect, see that the connection fails.

    Because this fails, it's not possible to change the name of the connection or do anything else without logging out and in again.

  19. New Tab and Split view

    Add a list view of opened tabs and a option to enable split view. Also an indicator of how many tabs are open without pulling the left drawer out would be important to have.
