  4. SE pro battery consumption

    Using the trial version, battery monitor indicate SE is using 1.5% of 9.5% usage. So whats the Pro version usage like? I ask this becoz ES file manager consumer some 20% of total and thats the reason I intend to switch to SE pro, if only the battery consumption is reasonably below 5%.

  7. Keep screen on option on Operations activity

    As described on the title, please add an on/off flag on the overflow menu in the Operations activity if one wants to keep the screen on until all the operations are completed.
    The option should turn automatically off when all the jobs have been completed, so you cannot forget it on the next time.

  8. Backup service for storage

    Would be nice to incoporate scheduled backup service for storage manager.

    E.g. the ability to make a scheduled backup of data from say a LAN/SMB or cloud service location to your internal memory.

  10. Shortcut to open text editor

    At the moment, one can only enter the SE text editor when opening a file from explorer. I would love to have a shortcut on my homescreen, which directly opens the text editor. (No file loaded, write a text and save as new).

  11. Adding tags to files and folders for easy search

    The index search is great but I think the ability to add tags to files and folders would be great. Lets say you're looking for a document related to physics, but has a different name. Well by writing out "physics" we can see everything related to that custom category we've created. We see anything we've added that tag to (Word documents, Excel, PDF, folders, etc.)

  12. Directory sizes show as incorrect

    Directory sizes are not refreshed in time with changes made to the file system, therefore information shown is incorrect. There doesn't appear to be any visible way to force it to be updated other than renaming the directory in question

  13. Delete all empty folders on app start

    Many Android apps keep creating empty folders in the file system. These folders are annoying because take up needless screen space, and they waste time when you check their contents.

    I currently use an app to delete empty folders every time before opening Solid Explorer. But it would be nice if SE had an option to automatically delete all empty folders when you start the app!

  15. WebDAV domain authentication not working

    Hi guys - I'm attempting to connect to a webdav share hosted on IIS 8.5 using kerberos authentication. However, specifying domain\username fails to authenticate.

    Checking the security event viewer on the server I can see 'Failure Audits' and the domain name is blank for each authentication.

    Is there any plans to add support for domain auth when using webdav?

  16. Unable to extract 7zip files

    The description in the Google Play Store clearly states "Ability to read and extract ZIP, 7ZIP, RAR and TAR archives, even encrypted"

    I don't know if I'm missing something but I can't extract 7zip files, I've tried with a lot of files I already have and now I'm doing a test with 3 new files, it's just a txt file with the word "Test" stored in 3 compression levels. The only one I can extract is the level "Store" which doesn't compress at all. Both Normal and Ultra fail. Interestingly enough if the txt file is completely empty it doesn't…

    hello, I bought your application and I find it fantastic, they are on every smartphone and tablet that I buy.
    I have a suggestion to give you in the gmail area. With the google application you can save attachments on the "download" folder or on google drive. If I would like to save an attachment in another folder or in a different cloud it is not possible.

  19. FTP Server Toggle Widget

    Add a toggle widget for the FTP server, that allows the server to be switched on and off directly from the home screen. Make the icon reflect the status.

    Bonus: include an option 'turn server off x min after last activity'
    Bonus: include an option 'turn server on when connected to WLAN xyz'

  20. ftp server shows only start directory

    2018-02-19

    After recent update the ftp server has a bug. My ftp clients only show the start directory and can't navigate to a deeper level. Tested on several phones and tablets
