  1. Have a settings options to move folder scroll bar from right to left side.

    Well, not just because there are left-handed people, but because I find that, when flicking up or down to scroll through a large folder (like looking for one .jpg file amongst thousands by, it is VERY EASY and happens to me CONSTANTLY, to inadvertently brush the scroll bar on teh right margin. This is even easier to have happen accidentally because the scrollbar (helpfully) appears and disappears so as not tog et in the way of looking at folder contents when not in uise.

  2. "Only this folder" under "View mode" should be checked by default and should be able to propagate to child folders

    When NOT clicking "Only this folder" ends up resetting view mode options for ALL folders, it makes no sense to have this being the DEFAULT action when utilizing the "view mode" dialogue. As a comparison, look at how this is handled in WIndows ... one has to EXPLICITLY tell Windows to apply viewing preferences to a specific folder or group of folders (granted that Windows makes this a clunky thing to do).

  3. Recursive file rename within directory tree

    The ability to rename groups of files using regular expressions and other options is great. However, I find I want to do this for all files within child directories. Sure, I end up doing this with a little Perl script, but group rename feature would be soooo much more awesome if it could recurse. (And I know that with this power comes potential danger, so user beware.)

  4. Can't connect to smb NAS over wifi

    I have set up smb connection to my nas ok
    If I restart phone, open Solid and select the drive it connects ok and I can access files. If I then close and reopen Solid I can not connect to the drive. Reboot and I can connect again. Close Solid, reopen and the connection fails again. This problem does not occur in ES or Total

  5. Files beginning with numbers not sorted properly

    I have some files with random names but all beginning with a number. I noticed that these particular files would not be in the correct alphabetical order (1). If I go to the View mode, change the sorting order, go back, and change it back to alphabetical, it will be correctly sorted (pic 2). However if I then close Solid Explorer and restart it, the number files will go back to their improper order (pic 1).   9. When making a screenshot, it won't show up until quitting and reopening SE

    Make a screenshot while SE is open.
    It does not show Photos>Screenshots folder. Not when reloading by dragging down and not by going back and forth in folder structure.
    Only shows up after killing the app.

  13. transfer to another panel

    I usually use the function of copy/move to another panel.
    It would be more convenient if the funtion not hide in the menu of bottom toolbox.
    Just put it on the toolbox directly, or make one more individual button for it.

  14. Can't upload file to FTP server.

    I can't upload any file to my FTP via solid explorer. But also I can do it via other Android FTP client app . It's my wrong operation or a bug?

  16. Home screen shortcuts leads to wrong panel

    I have the left panel set for internal storage and right panel for MEGA cloud. when I use the MEGA home screen shortcut it opens MEGA in the left panel, instead of the right one which is already set for MEGA !

  17. Ceased to add cloud storage, it falls!

    With the latest version, no longer add clouds, falls out with an error. Logs are sent to a zero response. So far only 2. Fix!

  18. Cant delete files from attached devices

    Hi,

    got this Problem over months:
    When i attached a usb otg stick or any other device to my devices i can copy files, read files, create folder etc BUT i cant delete them. With other file Managers its no problem to delete.
    Yes i gave permission to the attached device.
    I bought the otg add on too but nothing helps.

    I tried to Format different Formats (exfat, nfs, fat32) still not working

    I send a lot of error Reports to Solid but nothing changes. Ill try this way.

  19. Image viewer - Prefetch the new image, if viewing images in the cloud

    When you're browsing images on a remote location (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc...), it takes time for the next image to show up. So Solid Explorer should prefetch the next image or two in the queue in the background, so when you switch to them, you are not waiting.
