  1. Xiaomi MI A1 running Oreo displaying 0B file sizes

    Updated my Xiaomi MI A1 to the latest Oreo updates (January security updates) recently and I realized that all files copied over to the SD card are displaying 0 B file sizes.

    However, although the size is 0 B, the files are actually working fine because I can actually open the copied zip file as well as viewing the pictures from the gallery. Can NeatBtyes please look into it?

  3. Oreo support on xiaomi mi a1

    I have xiaomi mi a1 updated to Android Oreo, and sine that update, Google play shows, that my device is not supported by Solid Explorer. But when I download apk file from apkmirror, app works correctly.
    Can you make it supported for my device on Google Play?

  4. Cannot overwrite existing files from SD to SD during moving (copying works)

    It works if moving or copying from internal memory to SD card, whatever already existed or not, all good.

    But will be failed if trying to move the same file from a SD folder to another SD folder.

    It works if you choose copy function, enable to overwrite the existing file from a SD folder to another SD folder.

  6. SE crashes when selecting text using built in text editor

    Solid Explorer crashes when I select any text in a text file using the built in text editor.

    Also, I see that while editing text using the built in editor there is no swipe option enabled on my keyboard.

    The error screen pops only with one of my Google accounts.
    Tried reinstallation and stuff to no effect.

  8. Support DocumentsProvider/Storage Access Framework

    It would be great if Solid Explorer can access a DocumentsProvider created by another app (eg. google drive), this way you don't have to implement every single cloud services, if there's other app that can create a DocumentsProvider for that service. The built in Download app support this in the hamburger menu.

  9. PC file transfer with web interface (as File commander app)

    File Commander app have a very cool feature that allows the user to browse the phone storage through a web interface on your PC (connected to the same WiFi network as the phone). It could be awesome if Solid Explorer can have the same feature because I prefer Solid Explorer instead of File Commander (except for that feature).

  10. Toast undo button after deleting

    After deleting, popup toast with undo button should accure like google and many other apps are using. Or implement a recycle bin, this would make your app stand out, because not many apps has this functionality.

  11. Selecting files by long pressing them not working.

    Have to long press a file 10 to 20 times before it will select it. Started occurring since Android 8.1

  13. checksum paste button

    After you calculate a checksum there is an option to copy it. It would be really useful if there was a paste button in the compare box. This would make verifying a downloaded file easier.

  14. Does read SD card, but can't write.

    Tested on Mi A1, it can read SD card, it shows in the side bar, but every time I do copy, cut or something in SD, files become 0B. Files will be normal after a reboot, but it's totally annoying that I can't access my files in instant.

    With the photos directories, is there a way to sort / show most recent pictures first? I haven't been able to figure it out.
