  1. Master password?

    Today I tried to link Google Drive to my Solid Explorer. I tried to google account password and it said invalid. After wasting a lot of time, I found something about a SE master password. Is that the problem? If so, I have no recollection of ever choosing a SE password. How do I fix any of this mess so I can get what I paid for ? Thanks.

  2. Unlock SE on Kindle Fire

    I have paid for SE for my Android phones and just got a Fire, installed Play Store. I'd rather not pay again. How do I unlock SE on the Fire?

  3. When I use solid explorer offline, it's always popup trial period over and you need to activate full version message box. Even I've purchase

    any solution to solve this problem?

  4. Trying to figure out how to set permissions for a file in this app?

    Trying to figure out how to set file permissions in this app - read-only, etc. (basic chmod stuff really, which should be possible with any decent file explorer software). Can anyone let me know how to do this as I've hunted all over for it. Otherwise this seems a really nice app and I would plan to purchase it. Thanks

  5. Can not connect to Windows 10 SMB without internet access

    I access my shared folders on my PC via Solid Explorer with SMB/LAN. Everything works fine as long my internet is working. If I somehow lose internet, it can not access my PC on network. WiFi is still connected. SMB should not be depended on internet.

  6. Image viewer

    I have several image viewers on my phone. I found one I like that can zoom in a lot. My problem is it seems like you are forcing me to use SE Image Viewer.

    When I browse to my desktop computer and it's shared folders, let's say a folder has 500 images. When browsing with SE Image Viewer I can scroll left and right through the images. No problem there.

    When I use another image viewer I can only view the images I open. So example, I open image #43 in the directory. Cannot scroll left and right. Back out…

  8. Solid Explorer SMB v2.0 Not Working?

    In the past, I've utilized SE together with SMB 1 on my Windows 10 Machine without any issues. I do not want to utilize SMB 1 for security reasons I have therefore disabled it. If I attempt to join SE to my shares with SMB 2.0 protocol (verified within the app) I get the message "An error was encountered with network communication'. I am able to connect with other applications as well SMB 2 (like CX File Explorer) however it's not SE. If I enable SMB 1 on my Windows 10 PC, SE connects perfectly. Anyone else have issues in…

  9. SFTP key

    Please document the procedure for setting up SFTP with a private key. I've been trying it without luck, and while it seems like some have gotten it to work, there are no actual instructions that I've been able to find.

    What key formats are known to work?

    If the key is specified by filename, does the filename need a special format?

    I'm trying to connect to Fedora36. Key is in OPENSSH format, and the connection always fails.

  11. 刪除遊戲帳號檔案，在此回到管理器並未無新帳號的檔案，需要刷新當前資料夾才會有新的檔案

    有時候要刷遊戲的首抽，例如是xxx. xml格式
    我刪除當前的xml檔案，之後跳回到當然資料夾頁面，新的xml檔案應該要出現，但並沒有。
    必須要重新整理當前遊戲資料頁面才會跑出新的xml檔案，請改善，這讓我覺得很困惑，因為每次都要重新整理一次

  12. Sorting storages problem

    On the expandable panel on the right how do I sort the storages in my order? I chose 'my order' but don't know how to change it. Maybe a FAQ would be helpful

  13. SFTP: unknown error if password contains € sign.

    Hi.
    I couldn't connect to my server after changing a password getting an unknown error.
    In my server's logfiles I found that there was a problem with authentification so I change my passwords and found out that the € sign was the source of the problem,

  14. Pixel C, Android N - Access Denied and crash when accessing menu

    Hi there, apologies for not using the in app bug report but it crashes before I can get there. I also appreciate that I'm on the Android beta so I'm not expecting a fix before official release.

    On opening SE, the left window is blank, just showing "Access denied". Settings and side menu are okay but tapping on the More Options (three dots) icon causes it to stop straight away.

    I've restarted the tablet and reinstalled the app but the behaviour is consistent.

  16. When making a screenshot, it won't show up until quitting and reopening SE

    Make a screenshot while SE is open.
    It does not show Photos>Screenshots folder. Not when reloading by dragging down and not by going back and forth in folder structure.
    Only shows up after killing the app.

  17. Corruption of files in a secure folder, if operations involved from another secure folder

    Note, this DOES happen, however it doesn't happen in a constant outcome if tried in a multiple session.

    If i were to move files from a secure folder, to another secure folder, there is a chance that the selected files will be corrupted.

    I have personally recreated this by moving same set of files back and forth from A.sec and B.sec

    Hi,
    Regularly Box connections fail.
    Get message 'S.E. attempted to perform invalid operation'.
    Have multiple box connections and Phone an Tablet so is a lot of work to remove an recreate all connections.
    Just logoff an re-login on existing connection does not help.

    Am using latest version and an Beta tester.

  19. Unable to edit .ctp file with SE Text Editor.

    .ctp is a template file for CakePHP framework and mainly contain PHP and HTML code. I need to switch to ES FM to edit this file.

    Add support to open any file as text.

  20. webdav still show duplicate folders

    v2.2.4 webdav client fixes
    yes. fixed it with private ip (ex. 192.168.1.11) via LAN
    but connect to domain name(ex. mydomain.com) via Internet
    still show duplicate folders
