  1. Folder search

    Right now if you search for something, it goes through your whole storage. It would be great that when im in a specific folder, it only searches the current folder for whatever im searching for?

  3. Idea: ability to view previous "operations"

    In the overflow menu there is an option to show active operations. I think it would be nice to see past "operations" (or call it operations history) there too.

  4. Vídeo

    Olá, gostaria de saber se é possível reproduzir vídeos com o próprio Solid Explorer, pois uso o mesmo para visualizar fotos ao invés da galeria, quando tento reproduzir um vídeo aparece a mensagem " Sem chromecast disponível ", mas gostaria de ver sem outro aplicativo, seria possível essa alternativa ( Ver videos com o próprio SE ) ? Obrigado, ótimo aplicativo!

  5. Add Function : Show the same folder Second panel with first panel

    I know, SE already can copy/paste file first panel to second panel. but doesn't have a "show same folder on other panel" function. if it has the function, panel will be more useful.

    so please make the buttons, name is "show at second panel" button or menu , "copy to second panel" button or menu , "paste to second panel" button or menu

    if i long-press the "test" folder at left panel and seclect "show at right panel" button, then open the "test" folder on right panel.

    um... after select the files or folders at left panel, touching the "copy/past…

  6. checksum paste button

    After you calculate a checksum there is an option to copy it. It would be really useful if there was a paste button in the compare box. This would make verifying a downloaded file easier.

  7. Show eye icon for show password when encrypt / decrypt file / folder

    I hope when typing password for encrypt / decrypt file / folder, user can show their password using show eye icon for make sure it's not mistyping

  8. Office 365 Backup and Restore Tool

    There are a lot of good reasons to backup Office 365. Using a 3rd party service like Shoviv Office 365 Backup solution will be easier to use, safer from hackers and rogue admins, and might even cost less expensive than the alternatives, once you consider the extra storage requirements of using retention periods and retention locks. Most importantly, recoveries can be at any level of granularity (e.g. email, file, folder, user and they come with a durability guarantee not offered by Microsoft. Microsoft says you should use a 3rd party service to backup Office 365 and we agree.

  9. Splash screen

    Please rebirth the lovely pleasant Splash screen into SE 2.0

    It featured a centered app icon accompanied with the text "Solid Explorer" and text "Loading..."

    Also be observant of Android devices with higher resolution screens such as Full HD (1920x1080), QHD (2460x1440) and even future 4K screens too ()

  10. If you make it a paid app again, reset trial version

    I guess you will make SE2.0 a paid app again and I hope that everyone who purchased the old version will get the full app automatically.

    But everyone who tried the free version and then did not purchase the full app should be able to test the new version again.

  11. Opening a SEB backup file should execute the restoration process

    Hi,

    When in normal file browsing of SE 2.0 (not Restoring a backup from settings) and I navigate a to a folder and find a .SEB file, it would be great if upon clicking on it that I be given the opportunity to restore the backup from the SEB right-away on the fly

    Along with a Yes/No confirmation.

    Currently when I attempt to open a .SEB file I am given a blank 'open with' option, see attached screenshot

  12. Restoring Settings of invalid Bookmarks should get grayed-out or strike-through

    In the classic SE version if a user restored thr settings backup file and that restoration had bookmarks that were no longer invalid (example. From another phone) then I think that thr invalid Bookmarks should get grayed-out or strike-through line across them to represent that they are no longer valid

    This is just a simple UI update

  15. PIN for cloud storages

    now SE asks a password & shows the default qwerty keyboard. i want a number keybord & PIN, so when I enter the right PIN it connects automaticaly, maybe locks after 3-5 wrong PINs, but just PIN will be enough for me

  16. Solid icon to be in different colors in themes section to match the theme

    Solid can bring different color icons to match themes. See the attached screen. Icon does not match the dark theme.

  19. connect to FTP directly...

    Solid Explorer in the "open with..." dialogue
    when produce a FTP connection via "Fing" or "Net Analyzer" to connect the FTP Server directly like "AndFTP".
