    Allow setting custom background image from Gallery instead of solid colour, just asthetic but would look great.

  3. Solid Explorer doesn't show up in "Open from" list

    Until a recent update (I believe it was yesterday, Nov 23) Solid Explorer showed up in the "Open from" list in Android's built in file browser. This was inconsistent even before the update. Solid Explorer appeared in the list when I opened the Android browser from KeePassDroid. It did not appear in the list when opened from Keepass2Android. Since the update, it doesn't appear in the list ever.

    I'm running Android 8.0.0 on a Pixel XL.

  4. SE crashes when selecting text using built in text editor

    Solid Explorer crashes when I select any text in a text file using the built in text editor.

    Also, I see that while editing text using the built in editor there is no swipe option enabled on my keyboard.

    The error screen pops only with one of my Google accounts.
    Tried reinstallation and stuff to no effect.

    Do to Security Reasons SMBv1 is deactivatet in many Microsoft Network Enviroments. In this case Support of SMBv2/v3 is mandatory!

  8. Selecting files by long pressing them not working.

    Have to long press a file 10 to 20 times before it will select it. Started occurring since Android 8.1

    With the photos directories, is there a way to sort / show most recent pictures first? I haven't been able to figure it out.

  17. My cloud drives are encrypted using Boxcryptor. Is it possible to have the ability to access Boxcryptor encrypted files via Solid Explorer?

    It is a common consensus - at least among the people I deal with - that cloud data should be encrypted automatically. I use Boxcryptor to encrypt all cloud data. Is it possible to include the ability to read Boxcryptor data via you file manager? It makes cloud access via your file manager a moot point if data is encrypted.

  18. Always have the option to indicate what file extension I want when creating new files..

  19. Have the option to always show file name extensions

    I want to always know what a file's extension name is. Sonetimes, it doesn't indicate that its a .txt file which is very annoying when writing some commands and wondering why it didn't work

  20. Any easy way to edit file extensions? I usually write some command into a.txt file then change it into .bat file that i use in my desktop

    As it is right now, i cant easily edit a file's extension name. I have to use another file explorer which defeats the purpose of using only one...
