  1. Backup service for storage

    Would be nice to incoporate scheduled backup service for storage manager.

    E.g. the ability to make a scheduled backup of data from say a LAN/SMB or cloud service location to your internal memory.

  3. Support DocumentsProvider/Storage Access Framework

    It would be great if Solid Explorer can access a DocumentsProvider created by another app (eg. google drive), this way you don't have to implement every single cloud services, if there's other app that can create a DocumentsProvider for that service. The built in Download app support this in the hamburger menu.

  4. A New Google Drive Login!

    Hi friends!
    I love Solid Explorer. The option to drag files to other folders is amazing! The Cloud Manager too.
    I only have one suggestion at the moment (although I use Android 4.4 and I do not know how it happens in other versions):
    Google Drive login could be done "via browser" without havin to connect a new account in the device.
    I do not see this as a problem, but separate device login would be better.

  5. Select interval

    Please bring in option for selecting files at interval. For eg. If I want to select files from 10 to 25 out of 1 to 30, I need to select first and last file i.e. 10 and 25 and hit SELECT INTERVAL option and it will do what it says.

    While deleting file/folder the confirmation box should show the size of that file/folder

    Would be great if you add shortcut like in picture (pic 1)
    Long press on icon calls quick access to popular feature.
    If possible add ON/OFF switch without open Solid Explorer app. (pic 2)

  10. PC file transfer with web interface (as File commander app)

    File Commander app have a very cool feature that allows the user to browse the phone storage through a web interface on your PC (connected to the same WiFi network as the phone). It could be awesome if Solid Explorer can have the same feature because I prefer Solid Explorer instead of File Commander (except for that feature).

  11. I would really like an option to open images side by side when in horizontal view

    Solid Explorer lets you browse two separate hierarchies when in horizontal orientation, but when you pick an image it opens it to full screen. An option to open an image only in the split view would be great.

  13. Give an option to lock Hidden folders

    Please give an option to lock Hidde Folders with fingerprint & Password like it already has for Clouds.

    Now anybody can access Hidden Folders without master password. Need to access it only with password or fingerprint and please place a .nomedia file in that. So, nobody can see it in other media player Apps

  17. Add MTP capability

    Hello there.
    As a daily user of Solid Explorer I would love to browse other phones' file systems via my usb otg cable. As many know Android uses the MTP protocol to transfer files between devices by usb.

  18. edit metadata

    When you go to the properties of a file and get the file information, you can see the metadata, but not edit it. It would be nice to be able to edit those fields to change, for instance, the album name of an m4a or mp3 file.

    Hey !!
    When we share a file or a folder or anything from SE, it would be a great option to have a Send via Wlan or Share with people on the same network option. For example me and my brother are using the SE and I want to share some folder with him. I just ask him to open SE and then I open SE on my phone, select folder, click on Share, select Send to Network, select his device and done !!

  20. Storage analyzer and hidden area

    Storage analyzer to view large files and provide easy option to move recycle bin or delete directly and hidden area to hide a folder, which should not be exposed in any other app/explorer even when we connected to our PC.
